Ezekiel -29 Days

EzekielEzekiel 1-48 Dr. Tim Mackie--What happens when God’s chosen people take the place God intended as a hub of his life-giving presence and corrupt it into a source of abuse and injustice? Walk with Ezekiel through the tragic loss of the temple in Jerusalem to see how God will bring restoration, hope, and new life on the other side of exile. 16 Hours 32 Minutes

Tim is an adjunct professor of biblical studies at Western Seminary and a creative writer for BibleProject. He’s been fascinated with Jesus and his Jewish heritage ever since he became a Christian at 20 years old through an urban outreach ministry to skateboarders in Portland called SkateChurch. Tim discovered the wonderful world of biblical studies and languages at Multnomah University and Western Seminary, and he had the privilege of doing a PhD in Hebrew and Jewish Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Tim’s greatest passion is to help people grasp the beautiful and compelling story of the ancient Scriptures and how they lead us to Jesus of Nazareth.

Could the absence of the administration team signal a deeper issue within the community? What does this mean for the future of discussions and user engagement on this forum? Should members take action to address the oversight?

Re: Ezekiel -29 Days

Is the absence of administration a sign of neglect or a deliberate choice to foster a self-governing community? What implications does this have for the forum’s future and the quality of discussions?

In a world that often equates masculinity with stoicism and toughness, can embracing vulnerability lead to deeper connections and personal growth? How do we redefine traditional notions of strength within male communities, and what role does open communication play in this transformation?

Re: Ezekiel -29 Days

In a rapidly changing society, are the traditional roles and expectations of masculinity still relevant, or do they hinder personal growth and emotional expression? How can men redefine their identities in a way that embraces vulnerability while still honoring strength?

What happens when the administrators disappear from a forum? Can a community thrive without leadership, or does it ultimately lead to chaos and fragmentation? Would members take it upon themselves to create new guidelines, or would they abandon ship altogether?

In a society that often equates masculinity with stoicism, how do we reconcile the need for emotional expression with traditional notions of strength? Can embracing vulnerability lead to deeper connections and personal growth, or does it undermine the masculine identity?
